In General,
I specialize in working with clients who:

  • Would like to exercise regularly but are limited by pain
  • Have chronic pain and/or physical limitations 
  • Would like assistance in designing and performing a post-rehabilitation or pre-operative fitness program
  • Would like to improve their Balance & focus on Risk of Falling issues
  • Would like to Improve their Posture. 

Specific Conditions & Body Regions:
  • Chronic Hip, SI Joint, Low Back, Neck, & Shoulder pain
  • Osteoporosis
  • Separation of the Abdominal Muscles - “Bulging belly” 
         (Diastasis Recti)
  • Shoulder Instability
  • Poor Control of Shoulder Blades - “Sloppy shoulders”    
         (Scapular Dyskinesis)  
  • Flat Feet, Fallen Arches, Foot Over-pronation
  • Facial Muscles - to help reduce dark circles and puffiness around the Eyes and improve muscle tone around the Eyes, Chin, Jawline and Forehead.
